Relief or deep embossing is a commonway of quality improvement. The diversity of die making andextrusion methods anable us to create attractive designs on packaging or labels.

Diecutting - This stage determines the appearance and applicability of the packaging. Here the precision primarily depends on the quality and manner of diecutter preparation. At our Company, thanks to a fully digitised process of block andbox form preparation, the image of the packaging is digitally transmitted to the laser which plots the diecutter pattern. This method eliminates all error and inaccuracy, reducing the time necessary to make the diecutter. Before the diecutter is made each Customer receives a model box for approval.

Laminating - The quality of this process depends on experience and expertise in materials technology. Almost unlimited freedom to combine different materials enables us to obtain any laminate whose characteristics is determined by the materials used. We can provide lamination of regular paperboard with the grammage between 550 g/m2 and 2000g/m2, and thickness of 0.6 - 3.6 mm, and corrugated paperboard between E-flute and 5-ply boards with any raw material core, laminated on one or both sides with offset print.
